Workplace Mediation – Employer, Employee

Repair, Restore, Resolve

Workplace mediation enables those persons having difficulties or conflict in the workplace a positive
opportunity to resolve things and find a way forward. Conflict can occur with other colleagues, teams,
management, both on a practical and interpersonal level, and can have a significant impact on
productivity, health and wellbeing.

Workplace Mediation can be beneficial for all parties by enabling people to repair relationships and
restore a healthier working environment for those concerned, as well as those around who are
affected by the fall out from the conflict. Mediation helps to reduce the damage and the emotional and
financial costs if things escalate.

At ResolveDevon we have specialised in the delivery and management of a range of alternative
dispute resolution services to individuals and communities for over 15 years enabling and
empowering people to resolve issues themselves.

Workplace issues suitable for Mediation * this is not an exhaustive list.

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process which is designed to assist persons in conflict by
providing them with the opportunity to discuss issues in private with an impartial independent third
party. It assists in building understanding between the parties, and enables them to see things from
different perspectives before considering how best to move forward.

The first step in the process begins with a brief referral call with the referring person (no charge),
followed by individual sessions with each party prior to the mediation session taking place.
Each of our mediators has a breadth of experience across a range of business sectors and at all
levels in organisations.

forward.

We are always happy to take enquiries and to help you consider when may be best to mediate, which
situations are suited to mediation and how best to engage reluctant participants.
All mediators are fully insured for both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
